13. Failed, Pending or Duplicate Payments

If money is debited from your bank account or payment instrument but your order is not successfully confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction/reference details.

Where an amount has been successfully received by us but the corresponding order cannot be fulfilled, the applicable refund will be processed.

If you believe that you have been charged twice for the same order, contact us with the relevant transaction details so that we can investigate.

14. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available only for selected products, locations, order values, customers, or other criteria.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD at any time.

For COD orders, the customer must pay the applicable amount to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability.

Shipping may be fulfilled through Shiprocket and/or its associated courier and logistics partners.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Transportation disruptions;
  • Government restrictions; or

A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

SASAIK LIGHTS will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping costs, or returned shipments resulting from:

  • Incomplete address;
  • Incorrect PIN code;
  • Incorrect mobile number;
  • Customer unavailability;
  • Refusal to accept delivery; or
  • Other customer-provided information errors.

Additional shipping charges may apply where re-shipment is requested due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

17. Shipment Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or tracking information.

Shipment tracking is provided through the applicable logistics provider and may not update immediately at every stage.

Courier delivery scans, estimated delivery dates, and tracking information are controlled by the applicable logistics provider.

18. Delivery Inspection

Customers are encouraged to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

Where the package appears visibly damaged, customers should, where reasonably possible:

  • Photograph or record the package before opening;
  • Record the condition of the product after opening;
  • Retain the original packaging; and
  • Contact SASAIK LIGHTS promptly.

Transit-damage claims should preferably be reported within 24 hours of delivery with appropriate photographs/videos.

This reporting period is intended to facilitate investigation with the logistics provider and does not restrict any statutory rights available under applicable law.

19. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the SASAIK LIGHTS Refund, Return & Replacement Policy published on the Website.

Eligible claims may include:

  • Verified manufacturing defects;
  • Transit damage;
  • Incorrect products; or
  • Other circumstances specifically covered by our policy or applicable law.
